Sharing Patrick Redmond’s Retirement News

Architect Patrick Redmond has announced his retirement from his directorship of Leek based ctd architects practice with effect from 31st December 2025.

Patrick retires with 34 years of architectural practice, 27 years of these at ctd architects. He has a longstanding association with the North Staffordshire Society of Architects of which he is currently president.

Patrick has helped the practice grow and develop into a respected regional architectural practice, known for design excellence and capability across multiple sectors of work with specialist housing, building conservation and health care experience. Patrick’s departure marks an end of an era, but we know he will remain active in the profession through his continuation with the North Staffordshire Society of Architects.

Patrick will remain active in supporting North Staffordshire Society of Architects and the University of Staffordshire’s Department of Architecture and contributing to the growth of the profession.

He will continue to pursue his passion and interest in all areas of the arts and architecture, eco/environmental design, planning, urban design and landscape architecture and his longstanding desire to promote quality designed buildings and making sustainable well-designed places.

Patrick Redmond said: “I have loved my time at ctd architects, and I will always cherish it. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my co directors, work colleagues and all our practice clients, associated consultants, builders, and suppliers.

“The talented ctd team have always supported me and the collective achievements of the practice. I will miss everyone but moving forward I know the practice is in safe hands, and with everyone’s architectural design talents and customer focus it will move on to even greater achievements.”

ctd architects are looking forward to a bright future, with business as usual, providing clients with excellence in service and advice.
