Purpose built 22 station renal unit, inclusive of 4 side rooms with en-suite facility, 2 clinic rooms and a dedicated 2 bed home haemodialysis self-care training area.

This new build clinic is located off Sheepfoot Lane, Oldham adjacent to Oldham Athletic football club, developed as part of a number of new clinical facilities initiated by the North West NHS Specialised Commissioning Group for the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust to provide out-patient renal dialysis treatment within a dedicated catchment area.

The project is designed to achieve ‘Breeam Very Good’.
